Shipping policy
Order Production
Every Blessed Buy Liberty product is made to order. Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or when a product is temporarily unavailable.
Shipping Destinations
At launch, Blessed Buy Liberty ships to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Options and Costs
Available shipping methods and their exact costs will be displayed at checkout. We currently offer standard flat-rate shipping.
Estimated Delivery
Please allow time for both production and shipping when planning your order. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking has not updated or your package has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, please allow a few additional business days for carrier delays.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at blessedbuyliberty@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number so we can investigate.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, or undeliverable because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us at blessedbuyliberty@gmail.com so we can help determine the next step.
